Thanks for the replies! The wheels are the same all around. Had these on my '97 E300 for several years with no clearance problems, so sounds like it's good to go! Living in the south, didn't really care for having all the extra 4matic stuff for the inch of snow we get each year. But hey, the better half loves the car so I'll just figure it out when it breaks
