Been there with my E320. If you can get to the strut, send it out for rebuilding. It's cheaper (and better) than the dealer part. Search "Dennis Ficken" for more detail.

I'm not sure about the motor. Unless you can get a good price on it, you may want to consider sending it to a generic motor rebuild shop. They can rebuild electric motors rather inexpensively.
