Have you check the sensors that eha is using for fuel mixture? the lambda sensor, engine temp sensor, air-temp sensor. EHA disconnected put the car in limp home mode the engine will run leaner than normal could make it hard to start cold since the acutator current is not fine tuning the mixture.
