Just an update, the car has come back from the dealer. They have fixed the juddering under acceleration, it was the intercooler hose not attached properly.

They can also hear the noise from the rear when turning left, but they don't know what it is. This is a main Mercedes dealer, so I was quite surprised that they couldn't find a fault. Does anyone here have any ideas?
