your car must be an early 95... like 9 or 10/94 right? I think the 95 series was the first to get the 6cyl, 24 valve motor. if so, the headlights should be rounder than your 93 was. at 150K I doubt you have much to worry about on that motor, unless it was maintained by mcscrooge!
someone on here should pipe up with the exact method to check the stretch, but the above method should get you pretty close.
