With new mounts, the engine does not shake too much (it is a Diesel, though). Here are the mounts I've used:

Mercedes (from the dealer) never a problem, but they cost $99 each now
Lemfoerder - comparable to the Mercedes (I now have a pair of these in one car)
Meyle - Didn't last long, fewer than 10,000 miles before collapsing
Uro - Only lasted 2,000 miles before they were collapsed.

I typically change the rear transmission mount on every second motor mount change. (I do inspect it everytime)

Back to the original question: should I be using a 123 241 27 13 for the right mount?
