And the answer is, put a ring spanner on the nut on the front of the tensioner turn anti clockwise, hold and remove the belt.

Release the tensioner, sit the new belt over all the pulleys except the tensioner. Remove tension again and slip the belt over the edge of the tensioner pully.

Done - took me 3 minutes.
