ok, i pumped the primer pump 100+ times and all of a sudden, i hear the bypass valve. it sounds like a small hand air pump with a needle on it for pumping up footballs, basketballs, etc.. pssht. i pumped it probably 50 times more for good measure. then i cracked the lines at the injectors and cranked the motor for about 5-10 seconds. then i tightened up the injector lines and she fired up on the first crank. she runs pretty danged smooth now. not bad for a motor that has 238k miles listed on the odo that's broken.
