Hi. I sell these myself and I am always removing them from several of the older chassis models.
The arrow is face up. To install, raise hood slip the arrow tip through the grill from behind it just enough to align the mounting bolt/screw.
Insert bolt/screw along with a spacer if your car uses one and you should be good to go.
