Refusing to produce the requested documents on demand in a reasonable fashion is a chargeable offence. For a moment I though the officer walked back to an ambulance at the end of the video. The officer had enough common sense to not engage in the disscussion at least.

I almost think the guy was trying to get the officer to say or do something he would have on video. That may have killed the ticket in court.

Stupid display by the driver from start to finish. I can think of no sane senario where you would want to inflame a situation like this. In Canada you are just let off with a warning normally for a lot of things. Or the ticket is minumised. I wonder if there was enough evidence to demand a blood test for drugs? If so could one be demanded?
