[/ATTACH]Getting ready to do a vacuum line / connector R&R on the '86 SDL.

• Plugged EGR line. Need a "plate kit" if any one knows of a source.
• I hear I can block lines to the passenger side i.e. EGR but what are these units (see photo). Can they be blocked?
• Pic #1Label A?
• Pic #1 Label B?
• Pic #2 Label C?

Any Tips? Reference Links...I've been looking but can't find anything comprehensive.
