You're valve looks like it need the height properly set. If you got one of my o-ring kits you should have gotten a rod that will slip through the hole in the arm and into the hole in the valve. This is where proper ride height it. You have to adjust the length of the arm to set the height.
Also it doesn't sound like the car is running in your video. The valve won't work properly if you don't have the car running.
What is the zip-tie for. It could be causing problems if its holding the rod onto the lever arm.

Exactly..... now start the car and have your gf in the driver seat .....while she is there push the arm up as high as you can and HOLD it there while she revs the engine slightly. It should start to move slowly but when you lower the arm go slow so you dont crush your self
If you still have no move ment you might need to vent/bleed it which iss rare as it is a semi self bleeding system.
