Recheck the Camshaft Timing Mark with the one on the Camshaft Bearing Tower.
When you look at your Crankshaft Timing Marks it should be at Zero Degrees=
Top Dead Center.
The Teeth on the Drive Gear of the Fuel Injection Pump are so fine that it is easy to stick the IP back in a tooth or 2 off.
The above would show up as being right or wrong if you Drip Timed the Fuel Injection Pump.
