Ok here's what did:
Fished the chain out, motor would not turn over by hand so i took off cam tower put chain on sprocket lined up tdc on sprocket, tower and balancer. Turned motor over several times. Did a valve adjustment. Started motor it started right up but was smoking and jumping. Figured it was not timed with IP. Took off IP made sure marks on IP lined up and then set motor at 24 degrees BTDC. Put Ip back on and bled lines. Tightened lines and started cranking. Nothing. Charged battery cranked again would reve up and die. Threw hands up and went to bed. I am waiting on a drip tool that I ordered. I did mark th ip before removed it so I think I am relativey in the same position.
