Took off IP made sure marks on IP lined up and then set motor at 24 degrees BTDC. Put Ip back on and bled lines. Tightened lines and started cranking. Nothing. Charged battery cranked again would reve up and die. Threw hands up and went to bed. I am waiting on a drip tool that I ordered. I did mark th ip before removed it so I think I am relativey in the same position.
"Turned motor over several times"; and lined up the Camshaft to Camshaft Bearing Tower marks and rechecked the Degree Marks on the Crankshaft?

Because when the Timing Chain Tensioner tighten up the Chain there may be a change the degree reading.
