Look in the Wikka and compare the pics to your car. There are few excellent "how-to's" with detailed pics of many of the parts you describe.

If something looks amiss, post a photo here for some additional info, then take the car back to get it fixed correctly.

That's a lot of work to have a car with a bad suspension.
