I'm not familiar with the 560 stereo setup, so I couldn't tell you were the speaker interface resides. I have always bypassed the fader altogether as it was too troublesome to deal with, combined with the strange impedences (as most head units have a fader anyway.

You head unit should have a power antenna lead supplied with the harness.

Not sure about the alarm wiring. In my past experience, I left it alone.
