It is a gas powered with pump attached at bottom of vertical shaft. I am not sure what it was doing before I attempted the rebuild. It was given to my father about 5 yrs ago. I suspected it was ran without water being turned on.

It leaks at pump from various places when trigger not pulled. Leaking slows when trigger is pulled but nozzle has no pressure.
