The below Fuel Injection Pump Timing/Locking Pin goes into the same port on the Governor as the AB Timing Light does and lines up at the same place on the Crankshaft Dampner as the AB Light Does 15 Degrees After Top Dead Center on the Compression Stroke.

Fastlane sells it, sold new on eBay and some other tool and Autopart sellers.
