So what's easier? Replace DV seals, with special tool. Or replace IP, with AB timing light? If there was a way to get the IP on and timed without an AB timing light, I would be all over it.

The below Fuel Injection Pump Timing/Locking Pin goes into the same port on the Governor as the AB Timing Light does and lines up at the same place on the Crankshaft Dampner as the AB Light Does 15 Degrees
After Top Dead Center on the Compression Stroke.
