I've been eating tandoori marsala chicken for about 20 years and I'm not Indian. I discovered it once I went to UK twenty years ago. Tandoori Marsala is about 100x better than plain Masala. But, be sure you dissolve any of these seasonings into some lemon juice or oil because it might make the chicken a little too salty if too much is applied. Particularly goes well on chicken drumsticks and breasts. It also goes very well w/ meat.
