I am not for or against WVO, but I do believe your reasoning is flawed. It is like saying, "Ha, see I smoked all my life and everyone said I would die of lung cancer but they were wrong because I got hit by a truck." You didn't prove that cigarettes don't cause lung cancer, you just showed that there are other ways to go.

Anyway, I hope you find another suitable Benz and have many happy miles on WVO if that is what you want to do. I would consider it if my commute was longer and the economics worked in my favor.
