I think what you want to know is if a fuel pressure return bolt from a OM617/ 616 will fit your 190D. The OM617 takes a 12 mm (i.d.) washer and a 17 mm wrench. If the 190D is the same, then it should fit. I don't think the thread pitch on the bolt would be different.
