That is normal after the battery has been disconnected.
Do you have the CEL on (check engine light)?
Have you pulled codes? I would guess yes and misfire code. Yes? No?
It sounds to me like maybe a bad coil, but it could be other things also. Why did you change all those particular parts?
I am assuming it ran good before?
