Are you saying the microwave trips even the wired connections and you think it's the radiation? If so, then I'd agree with the above and say you need a new microwave. That's a lot of energy.

Or are they on the same electrical circuit? If so, try plugging in the router somewhere else, or try a quality UPS for the router. It's possible that the oven draws a lot of current and produces a brown-out issue on that circuit that causes the router to dump. Maybe not radiation, just house wiring.
