I hope you did not pay too much for your new vacuum element, especially if the only thing wrong with it was a worn bellows. A new bellows can be fashioned with a finger cut from a yellow dish washing glove, some thin gauge wire, and a small cable tie. It's an easy fix, and you will feel like the king of the world upon successfully completing this innovative rebuild. I got the idea from a member on this forum, and it saved me a lot of money...as do MANY of the posts here.
