I just did this and it took me all of 15 minutes. All you have to do is remove the instrument cluster. Unplug the buzzer connector, pop it open, remove the green and red/green wires, cut them tape them, whatever. Plug it back in. And now you have no more ignition/seatbelt buzzer, but the headlight buzzer and dome light still functions!
