So, I reset the check engine light on the '95 and started it up. It did the throttle bog down under no load (in park, just revving the engine) when cold. Additionally, if you rev the engine under no load and hold it a 4000 rpm it acts like it is hitting a rev limiter. Revs clean and smooth to 4000 but just cycles when you try to push it past.

The check engine light did not come back on when I did this. Does this point harder to the ignition wires/coils?
