From what I have read... in the factory shop manual I think .... the plugs continue to heat for close to a minute.. so much better to leave on than cycle again..
I don't know about the CD.. but on paper I think the smaller black book identifies all the pieces which make up a MB.. however , I don't know if they do it by " parts numbers".... many manufacturers update and generally mess with parts numbers over the years... so even if the black books started out with the correct ones it might not help..
Your vin number and calling your local MB dealer will probably get you the correct parts number...
It is also good to have Performance Products catalog because it has some great expanded line drawings and names which help ordering from where-ever....
