If I recall correctly, the comfort module draws power from the X30 to right under you for the comfort control relays. X30 block is under the plastic footwell for your left foot with the recess for the parking brake.
The orthos are absolutely fantastic. I led an active childhood and at my young age already have back problems. With these seats, I haven't had a single pain or strain since the install. Totally worthwhile endeavor if you ever acquire the bladders.

Thats the diagram I have and printed. I will look at the module you speak of, but I am certain nothing resides in that location. I have had that area apart many times. But I will look again, its been a while!
I would love to do the ortho install, but concerned about a factory look and finish. How did you mount the controls? Any pics? Its probably the one feature I wish I had. My prior car had a lumbar support mechanism. In fact I thought of maybe stealing a set from that type of car (Mark VIII) and fitting them into the Benz. Would only be single bladder, but would be nice. And the controls are tiny and easy to place.
