So you're looking for what is inhibiting your memory function loss? According to the circuit diagram, if those relays and the diode in the fuse box are good, you probably have a faulty control box which is in the seat frame. If it isn't there, then it's missing! It should be clipped to the seat bottom frame.

My orthopedic set is a full factory set with 5 bladders with 5 pressure settings each. It has the factory controllers and vacuum set up, so the controls are mounted as in a factory set up. There's a holder that clips to the seat belt buckle. I'll take a pic soon, but you'll have to excuse the interior as I removed it to do a dash swap today
