It's okay to get drunk at the local bar, but if you take a hit from a J three weeks ago you can get fired from your job. But this is a whole different issue. It sure is okay to import hemp rope and clothing. I guess part of the issue is that Hemp looks just like Weed. But it wouldn't be hard to breed in variegated leaves or something to easily distinguish between the two.
