Stu:

The switch is probably bad, and the shutoff vac solenoid is also probably bad, too -- that is where the oil is coming from. Pull the brown with blue stripe hose off the shutoff servo and see if it has oil in it. If so, replace both the switch on the ignition and the shutoff.
