Dont do it. Most head gaskets these days have a factory silicone bead around all pertinent areas, or either the entire sealing surface is gummy or waxy. No need to spray anything on it. I know in the old days with solid copper head gaskets, the old timers would spray shellac, or some other sort of spray sealant to improve sealing.
