They are probably doing a survey for the bank.
I often get phone surveys after some sort of transaction with a business.
If you dont like it, best talk to your bank manager with a withdraw slip in your hand.
Down here, when you make a cash withdraw over a certain amount they have to do all sorts of reports. When they ask what the money is for, I always say to settle a drug debt. They dont like entering that reason.
