The brake system is free of air, so I was lucky there.
I am now struggling to bleed the clutch system. I replaced the master cylinder seals at the same time and the air is hard to get out. I will win eventually though.

Filling up the reservoir to the very top results in the back chamber filling up too, just like daddi pointed out. Thanks again.
