Have the proper wrenches. Soak the oil cooler fittings in the penetrating oil of your choice. Have a back up plan for a new cooler or at least a ride on Monday in case you bung up the fittings on the cooler. Do a search for nipples and you should find more info.

Are you doing the engine mount at the same time as the oil lines?
