Let me tell you what happens in real world.

1) It is inevitable that 'something' will fall into the pre-chamber when you pull the injectors. When you give it to a shop then they would care less and just pull the injector. When I do it myself then I will clean the injector base and use compress air to blow any debris away to minimize the risk.

2) Any minute crud or debris that falls into the pre-chamber probably will be burn off over time. So there is really nothing to worry about unless you drop a small screw driver or nut/bolt in there.

3) I would plug the holes with a rag once the injectors are out.
