You mean in general or on my car? In general to flush crud out of the injectors and injection pump. The product is Lubro-Moly Diesel Purge.
My car developed a slight miss at idle. I was able to partly cure it (make it run a bit smoother) by using premium diesel
(EDIT: the Shell premium diesel contains injector cleaner) and adding some ATF to the fuel. I also changed the fuel filters. But that has not been sufficient.
