I got $30 for the bent aluminum hood off my SD because I knew that it was aluminum and scrap price was high.

I have boxes of parts for my 78 Datsun 280Z. It is really handy to be able to grab a drive train or piece of trim if you need it. Like I said, air or some other automatic unbolter makes things go fast. Anything you don't want can be sold for scrap.

Simply put things from the same area in boxes ie engine compartment, climate control etc. Regarding the engine, someone close will have storage. Perhaps swap engine for labor. Recent rebuild should be saved.

10 years ago I could find Zcar parts easily. Not as plentiful now. The same thing will happen here. I'm planning on driving these cars for a long time and am going to get a stock pile started.
