i know, i know, it's not an MB. but, i like them and i can't stand to drag a mercedes through the upstate new york salt!

i'm in the market for a very good to excellent, rust free, volvo 240 series wagon with a manual transmission. specific i know but beggers can be choosers now as it's a long way off until winter and this will be our third vehicle, so no one is vehicle-less. i'd also like to avoid a white car if possible.

anyone know of good, active forums for finding one? i'm searching craigslist and ebay but it's slim pickings. anyone know of a decent one in their area? or a volvo shop with a good online inventory page?

obviously the closer to new york state the better but salt becomes an issue the closer you get...

any tips? thanks!
