overcharged, too much oil, bad compressor valves... etc, without additional information, it's hard to tell what's wrong.

EXACTLY how much refrigerant is in the system?
what are the temps of the lines entering and leaving the compressor?
what temp is the line leaving the condenser?
what temp is the line entering the evaporator?
how clean is the evaporator?
how clean is the blower?
what temp is the discharge air?
what temp is it outside?
what temp is it in the car?
