This year the fester is June 21-24. 4 days of long-haired friends of banjos...

Telluride is a little page out of the past, and beautiful as well.
Never skied there in all my years in CO, but I've mountain biked a number of the trails, and can only imagine how much fun it would be to ski some of those slopes.
Believe if I am ever in that area with my skis, I would have to give Silverton a shot. No grooming, no cut trails and nothing but advanced (they mean advanced!!) and expert slopes. Couple hundred skiers per day max. Their easiest slope has a 35 degree slope....
