After purchasing my last two vehicles I swore never to buy another vehicle that was from Western PA. I am in the heart of the rust belt and mechanical issues I can deal with but not rust. Around here they use salt to treat the roads in the winter time. As I search for another vehicle I am wondering about other parts of the US that experience harsh weather and what they use to treat roads.
