Here's the contents of the functional description...

I've also got a copy of a Dutch article (in Dutch so not much use to most people here doh!) describing the functional workings of the "new" 722.0 and 722.1 transmissions that can be used to bolster the earlier 722.XXX transmission data...

But as you can see it is a lot of work for one lonesome English chap to translate by himself! My intention is to summarise summarise and summarise the information as much as possible to make it a bit more readable - it is just this process will be a lot easier and quicker (and probably more accurate) if I start out with an English version.
