So far I don't think you've actually said which transmission you have. You need to supply the last two numbers where the Xes are in this =>

722.3XX

Then we might be able to help you.

You might be able to find individual parts via a Mercedes dealer or the site sponsors but again you need to tell them with transmission you have. Ideally you also need to read off the part number off of the valve body so that people can point you in the right direction.

Transmissions fitted to V8 petrol engines were at one time using more "unique" 722.3s => the gearing was different and so were the valve bodies. Many valve bodies were also different for different country destinations...
