The vacuum for the shutoff begins from a brown line which is T'd into the larger vacuum line located just in front off the brake booster. That line supplies vacuum to the ignition switch which then goes to your vacuum shutoff valve at the injection pump.

If your motor is still running and you can't switch off with vacuum you can always try closing the valve ( expensive bolt) which is located on the top of your main fuel filter. Some work some don't.
