Our '91 190E 2.3 will be different - your belt goes around more stuff. But, if it helps, I had to remove fan shroud, fan blade with attached clutch disk, power steering pulley, lower idler damper attachment nut, 19mm idler securing nut, and 13 mm adjusting nut and hardware. On ours, had to remove the idler pulley to access the upper attachment for the damper. The difficult part is getting all the pieces arranged with the new idler assy back in. A diverse vocabulary is helpful.
