Aloha-----Where did you find the vsb-120? How much are you paying? I think the clarion srv303 is the sub that subaru uses. I think it will fit too. If and when I purchase one of these I will post my results. Just another one to research. Don't know if its better or worse than the blaupunkt, just thought I'd share.
