Pop the hood and give everything a good look over. Look for anything loose or rubbing marks. The air cleaner could be loose, or the fan shroud may have come loose and it rubbing fan.

No noise at a stand still - only when moving. The sound does change. It's starts pretty loud and then fades as I gain speed. It actually sounds like it's getting worse.
