I'm not specifically familiar with this car, but on some of the other intercooled engines there is a specific and finicky bleed procedure. For example the 55K engine is very particular with regard to bubbles in the intercooling system. If not thoroughly bled you end up with high intake air temps and the engine pulls timing, dumps boost, and generally runs like kaka.
